George Lakes Yacht Club
George Lakes Yacht Club Travelling on the N2 past George, proceed down
Kaaimans Pass and continue through Wilderness.
At the traffic circle opposite the Wilderness Beach Hotel and Caltex garage on the eastern
side of Wilderness, turn left (north) off the N2 if traveling
East - Serpentine Road. This is 5 km outside Wilderness.
Follow the first road immediately right (signposted Yacht Club)
going East, parallel to the N2, to its end. The end is in Lakes
Road on Island Lake. George Lakes Yacht Club is situated at the
end of Lakes Road. The entrance gate is normally locked but open
when the club is operating. (There is no land-line telephone at
the Club House)
